BRIEF: Australia and New Zealand Slammed on Indigenous Rights

New Zealand and Australia have declined to sign the United Nations Declaration on Indigenous Rights, a move that has drawn fierce criticism.  Both nations claimed that the Declaration would undermine local legislation.  New Zealand further claimed that the Declaration was unfair to non-indigenous people and created different classes of citizens.
