BRIEF: CNMI Immigration Federalization Bill Redrafted

The United States Department of Homeland Security is getting involved in the redrafting of the immigration bill that would federalize CNMI's immigration procedures, which have been run by the CNMI local government since the Commonwealth became a US territory in the 1970s.
